Jen was great to work with. She is super thorough, trustworthy and a great communicator. She valued our opinion and helped guide us through the house selling process step by step even while on vacation. She went above and beyond to make us comfortable, guide us through some processes, and gave excellent advice working with a complicated HOA. When it came down to pricing I think she hit the nail on the head. She was great at comparing property value to help us get over asking for the house while remaining competitive. Selling a home is generally never an easy experience, even under the best of circumstances. In our case, the home had been in our family for 51 years and held a lifetime of memories, family, and most everything I can remember from my childhood. Plus, we lived 3.5 hours away from the home. As soon as we began thinking of selling the home, the entire process had the possibility of being an overwhelmingly emotional and stressful ordeal.
