Jake, originally from Nottingham, England, holds a prestigious degree from London's Royal College of Music. His extensive musical career, spanning national and international stages, instilled in him a deep sense of commitment and diligence. Rooted in an entrepreneurial spirit, Jake harbored an enduring fascination with the prospect of, one day, establishing his own business. Following his move to the United States in 2018, Jake quickly sought a career in real estate and has since flourished in his career and prides himself on building and maintaining his client relationships. What a wonderful and seamless experience!

Working with Jake to buy our home in Blacksburg was such a great experience from start to finish. The whole process felt seamless and way less stressful than we expected. Everyone communicated really well throughout the process, and we always felt informed and taken care of. One of the biggest things that stood out was Jake’s knowledge and negotiation skills. He helped guide us through every step and gave us great advice and negotiating strategies that really worked in our favor. We always felt like he truly had our best interests at heart. We absolutely love our new home and are so thankful for all of Jake’s help along the way. We’d definitely recommend him to anyone buying or selling in the Blacksburg area!

Jake and his team are excellent!

Jake was amazing to work with. It was our first time buying a home so we truly had no idea what we were doing or where to even start. Jake is super knowledgeable and great at walking you through how things work, it definitely helped ease our minds. He quickly learned what we liked and didn’t like and was able to help us ultimately find the perfect home! From the search process to the millions of paperwork to the walkthroughs, he was great to work with and his team was incredible helpful too. We knew if something needed attention we could trust him 100% to get it done!

Made a huge move as easy as possible!
