Mike's communication is 2nd to none. It does help that we're personal friends too. I dont think there's anything that Mike couldnt do. He's a wealth of real estate knowledge and knows what to do and how to do it. The level of competency he verbally talks about shows in his actions

Mark was super helpful and friendly as well as knowledgeable. He was always able to answer my questions in a timely manner and always made sure I understood what he was telling me as I this was my first home purchase and was unfamiliar with a bunch of the procedures and language used.

My husband and I have purchased 11 homes in 17 years and I can honestly say working with Mark Flinchbaugh was by far the best all around home search and home buying process we have experienced..right down to the settlement table! I could not recommend anyone with better credentials than Mark!

Tara was always professional, timely, polite, and really easy to talk with. She never made my wife or I feel uncomfortable that we kept requesting to look at different homes due to market conditions and bids not being accepted. You should absolutely consider hiring Tara if you haven’t already!!

Jen was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we understood every part of the process and had the market context we needed to make a competitive offer. She is a honest, reliable, and hardworking agent who made the process easy for us. Without Jen's help, we would not have found our perfect first home!

Denise was so helpful throughout the entire process. It was very easy to get in touch with her when needed and she was very quick with responding. She helped me get connected with the best option for my loan financing and made the process so easy. Everything went smoothly and it was a great experience as a first time homebuyer!

Tracey had my house on the market with multiple offers within days. She is knowledgeable of her surrounding areas and able to logically list a home for what it’s worth. She had my house posted in multiple platforms to grab the attention of others that weren’t just local! The whole thing was smooth and effortless on my end. I couldn’t be more thankful for her expertise and professionalism!

Tracey was compassionate, professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated throughout the sale of my mother’s house. Her expertise and genuine care made a difficult process much easier. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who truly cares about her client's! ❤️🏡

The McAteer & Will team were professionals with a comprehensive plan from beginning to end. I’ve sold seven homes over the years and McAteer & Will have been the best by far. All the planning and prep paid off with a record breaking offer in one day. Don’t waste your time and money with anyone else, list with the professionals. Scott Sorrell

Selling a home is stressful, but they made the whole process easy and stress free. Thank goodness, first timer here. Their knowledge of the local area helped us set the right price. They listed our home beautifully. They responded to every text and call within hours. They answered all our questions and kept us updated weekly, thank you for all your hard work. Highly Recommend! Just like to add, they are very professional, organized, and truly care about their clients!

"Choosing the right professional to handle your home sale is a massive decision, but from our very first meeting, it was clear that Laura Hawthorne was the perfect choice. She didn't just give us a generic pitch; she came armed with deep market knowledge, a clear strategy, and a genuine interest in our goals. We knew immediately we were in expert hands with her and the McAteer & Will Estates (Keller Williams) team. What we loved most about working with Laura was her incredible personality and dedication. She brought such a bright, positive energy to the entire experience. Laura is genuinely kind, exceptionally professional, and was always available whenever we had a question or needed guidance. She kept the entire process moving forward seamlessly, making what could have been a highly stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. Our advice to potential sellers: If you are getting ready to put your home on the market, hire Laura Hawthorne and then trust her expertise completely. From her initial strategy to her exceptional communication, her advice was spot-on and directly led to a successful, smooth closing. You definitely want Laura in your corner!"

Jennifer was a wonderful and helpful agent as my husband and I navigated a first-time sale while also finding housing and relocating out of state for work. Her expertise made our generally hectic situation feel much easier and provided peace of mind for me that the process was going as expected. Our listing photos turned out beautifully and the house sold quicker than we could have hoped; she also helped negotiate a settlement date that worked best for us so we had time to find a new place to live. Whether you're a first-time or experienced seller, Jennifer will ensure the process goes smoothly and you'll be able to get maximum value out of selling your home.

As a first time buyer everything with buying a home seemed to be a lot, Wendy and her team made it super easy during the entire process. She was available all the time for tours, conversations and did an excellent job of narrowing down homes and areas that fit our style.

Paul was an excellent agent to work with. Always professional and prompt communication. I was very impressed with this attention to detail.

Claire, transformed the real estate market into a clear, navigable path with their unmatched expertise. Peace of Mind & Support! From listing to closing, Claire provided unwavering support and gave me total peace of mind every step of the way. Claire is more than just an agent, she was trusted advisor who anticipated my needs and protected our interests at every turn. I could not have asked for or found and better person or agent.

Jen was fantastic in helping us sell our home. This is the second home we've sold with her and her team. 11 out of 10, no notes. She answered any questions we had, every step of the way, very promptly. We had a time frame in mind and it was adhered to, getting us what we wanted, on-time, with no hassle. Can't recommend Jen and her team enough!

As the title implies I've known Kim and her family for close to 10 years. I didn't really know Kim's realtor background other than its profession she was working in. 2 months back my fiancé and I had located a house and needed someone on that end of real-estate to get us a showing. In a short amount of time Kim got us a showing quicky, walked us through the process with easy to understand info. Unfortunately we were outbid but that allowed us to see her skills and she explained it all and our next steps. And that made me feel great. a few short weeks later another dream house came on the market. And Kim went to bat as if she was the all-time designated hitter! She brought out the big bats and swung for the fences! From the day we walked the home, to us living in this house as im sitting in my comfy chair writing this review. it was all said and done in less than 30 days. From the emails, text and phone calls and other information keeping us in step through the process. and also her little pages of information of what we would need to do next to help the process keep rolling in the background as we waited for closing day. Honestly, Kim made this home purchase a walk through the park! Her professionalism, caring, drive, and yes our friendship made it possible. Her ability to make the situation work was notable because when you do mix friendships and business sometimes it can end disasterly even when the outcomes are positive. Not once did I feel like any of that was jeopardized! With all of that being said and if you made it this far thank you Kim. Thank you for making this a wonderful easy Adventure in the homeownership a second time Thanks Gary and Pam

It is hard to explain just how helpful Justine was. She helped us think thru what we wanted in a new home. She pointed out things we didnt see or would not have thought of. We waived the inspection. Justine purchased a home warranty for us just in case something would go wrong. We've already submitted three claims on the property. Its the unexpected things that make a great customer experience.

Gina was great at pricing my home strategically to elicit significant showing and offers. My home sold after being on the MLS for two days at a price in excess of what I had hoped for.

Helped stage my house and get it ready for showings. Reviewed comps, helped get me the best offer. Had a great experience working with Gina!

We had an excellent experience with Marcus and Mike and highly recommend them as an agent to sell your home. We felt very comfortable with Marcus and Mike from the first day we met them. Other agents we interviewed told us what they thought we wanted to hear but Marcus and Mike were forthright, clear and looking out for our best interest right from the start. They gave great advice about getting our home in the best condition before listing it for sale, shared detailed market analysis to help us arrive at the best price to list and knew the conditions of the market to know we would get higher than our list price even before the house hit the market. We appreciated their clear communication style and walking us through the process and contracts, so we had a clear understanding of all terms and conditions before making decisions. Selling our home was a big decision for us and they both made it as enjoyable and smooth as we could have ever wanted.

Mike was my agent for both selling my house and buying a new one. He truly is the best. He puts his clients first, making sure they are comfortable with the myriad of decisions which need to be made. He stays in contact, letting his clients know what is happening, and explains any questions they may have. He knows what a good price is for both selling and buying. I really can't give enough positive feedback for Mike, I wouldn't want to use anyone else.

Worked with us to sell our house- created engaging video to capture current buying audience, available to answer questions and communicative throughout the process

As a first-time homebuyer, I had a great experience working with David. My siblings worked with him a few years ago, so when it was time for me to buy, I didn’t have to think twice about reaching out to him. David kept me updated throughout every step of the process and provided an easy-to-follow timeline. He was always available to answer questions and usually responded within an hour. What I appreciated most was his integrity and dedication. He pointed out things I wouldn’t have thought about, such as noise from a nearby train station or busy street, as well as differences between homes inside and outside of a neighborhood. He also highlighted items that could lead to high maintenance costs down the road. When it came time to make an offer, David helped me put together a strong offer that got the seller’s attention while still getting me a great price. He also helped me get a seller concession and structure the purchase in a way that allowed me to avoid PMI. David is transparent, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated to helping buyers find a great home and get a great deal. I would definitely recommend him.

Easy to communicate with. Great knowledge of the area. Provided us with a number of selections and helped identify their strenghs and weaknesses. Very patient. Never felt pressured.

I can't thank Rita enough for all her help. She had answers and suggestions to all my questions even if they were not directly related to the sale of our home. She helped to sell so quickly and with no hassles. She is always responsive even when she is "off" for the day or it is late at night. She gave us great advice from the first time she walked in our door. i will recommend her to anyone and everyone I know thinking of selling or buying.
