Amy Lacy was our realtor for the old and my new house. Outstanding, awesome and very knowledgeable. She knows what needs to be done and present it in a firm and professional way. She research the area I was moving into and found information that was informative. She also found a leak during our walk-through that we missed in the inspection. Within a day, it was resolved. Dave and Team Landon helped me to buy and sell. This review is about the sale. I started about 6 months early to prepare my home to sell, and Dave gave me great advice on what was important or not important to do, suggested potential vendors for me to choose from (they were excellent), suggested the right price, and marketed the heck out of my house. While I spent a lot of money getting the house in tip-top condition, I really think I got all of that investment back and more with the sale price that was higher than I expected. Melissa helped me layout my existing furniture, suggested what to move out, and staged my house. Boy, for the pictures, the place looked so nice I didn't want to sell anymore (but yes, I did!).
