I connected with Mike Allison randomly through a Zillow link, and genuinely could not have been happier with my experience. He checked appliances and mechanicals, searched for dates and model numbers, and literally got down on his hands and knees to find information in hard-to-reach places. He also helped me see each property’s potential, strategizing with me about renovations (from expanding bathrooms to reconfiguring closets). He wasn’t trying to sell me a house; he genuinely wanted to help me find the right one and envision how I could turn it into my home. Mike was equally impressive during negotiations. I told him what mattered to me and where I was comfortable, and he translated that into a strategic offer that resulted in the seller taking the house off the market the same day I saw it. That strategy and persistence continued through inspection negotiations and even determining whether certain work should fall to the seller, buyer, or HOA. The seller was represented by a POA with limited knowledge of the property, but Mike relentlessly followed up for documentation and answers. If information could be found, he found it. He was punctual, extremely responsive, and on top of every detail from our first showing through closing. And his support didn’t stop there, he continues to help connect me with trusted contacts for repairs and renovations. It is incredibly refreshing to work with someone at this level of competence, responsiveness, and follow-through. Mike is knowledgeable, patient, strategic, thorough, and genuinely invested in his clients. I highly, highly, highly recommend him!

This was not our first time working with Adam Flinchbaugh, and once again, he exceeded our expectations. He stayed on top of the buyer’s lender, provided the additional information they requested, kept us informed, and continued advocating for us until everything was resolved. I also want to recognize Jill Bleecker and Adam’s team. Jill was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the process. It was clear that we had a great team working behind the scenes. Buying and selling a home at the same time can be stressful, but Adam and his team made a huge difference. The fact that we chose to work with Adam again says a lot about our experience. We would absolutely use him again and highly recommend Adam, Jill, and his entire team!
