Get a home inspection! It might take a little bit longer to get a house but at least know what you’re walking into. Every house needs a little bit of work. Find a good realtor that will work with you and be patient and try to stay in your price range. You will be making this lovely monthly payment for 10 20 30 years be able to afford the mortgage and put some money away. I wish all who are looking at houses the best of luck it can be stressful but it’s a lot better to make a payment on something in your name rather then pay rent to something you will never own.
