Colleen helped the reviewer sell this property

Colleen was awesome!

We called Colleen based on her cute billboards in the Brunswick County area. She was an excellent realtor from the very beginning. She met with us right away and gave us an honest opinion of what she thought we could sell our house for. Because of the amount of new homes being built in our area we knew that it would take some time to sell our house. From the very beginning, we had at least one or more showings every week and sold the house much sooner than we anticipated. Colleen was very responsive to every call we made and always gave us a realistic answer to questions we had. We highly recommend using Colleen if you are trying to sell your house in the Brunswick County area.
