I first met Colleen through a recommendation of a friend. She came to my house, took a walk through, and shared her credentials and some of her previous work. A couple days later she came back with some suggested minor revisions to the house and a recommended sales price which was more than I had expected but turned out to be reasonable. Colleen sent her team of cleaners and photographers in to get my house ready to present. Her photo and internet presentation was outstanding and we put the house on the market. We had no open houses (per Carolina Colleen, "those are for snoopy folks who want to get some free snacks and see what the inside of the house looked like". ) We had a reasonable offer in 4 days, The prospective buyers had a house inspection which raised some issues, but those were settled through Colleen's negotiations with the buyer. 3-4 weeks after the offer we had a pain free closing.
