She was very responsive to our questions even on the weekends and available 24 /7. Colleen is very knowledgeable of all of the neighborhoods, including both the positive aspects, as well as any potential negative aspects/issues. She goes above and beyond and even helps complete the transfer of utilities during the purchase process. We had a delay in the installation of our mailbox and Colleen offered to have packages sent to her personal home address in the interim.
