Colleen was very professional every step of the way and did not push us into a home or location where she knew we would not be happy. She was very responsive to our questions even on the weekends and available 24 /7. I was an out-of-town buyer. Colleen Teifer was the first, and only, realtor I encountered. I was looking at properties online and set up a walk-thru at my [potential] new property with her. From the start, I knew she was special. She immediately made me feel comfortable and that this would be no problem not being in town. She handled everything smoothly and communicated answers to my questions extremely well. For that, I tried to respond quickly to her questions and any documents she needed which allowed her to do her job. It was a very smooth, seamless experience.
