I first “met” Colleen Teifer over the phone while researching various coastal NC communities during Covid. My husband and I were planning on relocating from NJ to Coastal NC when he retired. Since she was from NJ, we realized we had a lot in common including some of the people we both knew! From that point on, we kept in touch via emails and phone calls.
