We recently purchased a home in Bolivia, NC. Colleen Teifer of Silver Coast Properties was our realtor. She is extremely good at the whole realtor business. We could not have made it through the process of looking for, finding, making an offer on, finding a mortgage for, finding insurance for, finding a NC lawyer to help us with the purchase of, or getting hooked up with the common utility companies for the house we wanted.
