Simply put, Emma is amazing. By far the best real estate agent my husband and I have ever worked with. My husband and I are both busy Boston physicians juggling the chaos of 3 little kids. Emma worked tirelessly (days, nights, evenings) to help us find our dream home on a tight schedule. She very quickly learned exactly what we were looking for (even before we truly understood what we were looking for ourselves) and went to early open houses to evaluate what homes were worth our time. She truly has a talent for getting to know her client. Most of all, Emma is a kind, smart, lovely person. The kind of person that you would want to share your dreams of your future home. We honestly looked forward to spending our weekends with her, despite the stress of evaluating houses. Our kids absolutely love her (she even bought each child a special toy on our closing day). She successfully negotiated our house $30,000 less then asking price in an aggressive sellers market (most other homes were going way above asking). Emma was truly one of the greatest parts of this stressful experience and we feel honored to have worked with her.

Bernie Aaron was extremely helpful as we navigated the process of buying our first home. Bernie was always responsive and flexible, providing honest and pressure-free advice at every step of the way. When we found the home we loved and wanted to make an offer on we were up against multiple bids. However, he guided and provided valuable tactics, information and support needed for us to successfully have our offer accepted (first offer too)! Danielle helped me sell a condo in Brookline (years prior, she had helped me buy the same condo). Throughout the process, she was both exceptionally competent and thorough as well as responsive, friendly, and kind. The staging photos and listing were professional and well-done, and Danielle was persistent in securing necessary documents from the management company to ensure a timely closing. I was out of state for much of the process, during which time Danielle was a dependable de facto property manager who helped a plumber and a junk company access the unit in my absence.
