Bernie was exceptional from the first showing to the last and to guide us through the entire closing process. I have never worked with a broker that was as responsive Bernie, he answered every phone call, every question, replied to every email instantly. Bernie has expansive contact connections which saved us many, many hours of research, from movers, carpenters, plumbers and house cleaners. It saved a tremendous amount of time, which we did not have, to find the proper vendor. Bernie was a trusted advisor and champion for me, my daughter and son-in-law, asking all the questions we had for the seller broker and owner and suggesting questions we did not think of. We couldn't have asked for a better person to walk us through the entire process and calm our nerves when we had concerns, always comforting and reassuring. Bernie is knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful and a broker you will want to use for all your real estate needs, you will NOT be disappointed.
