Grace is an amazing agent and was extremely helpful and supportive throughout my home buying journey! As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions from putting in the offer letter, getting the P&S set up, as well as my somewhat complex closing process using a Mass Housing first time home buyer loan and down payment assistance. Grace diligently answered all my questions no matter the time of day and worked on my behalf to negotiate with the sellers agent on my new condo! She is an awesome agent to have in your corner working with you and would 100/10 recommend her for anyone else looking to purchase their first home!

She was my first and only real estate agent. She was truly an angel: patient, meticulous, and sincere. She accompanied me for two years, helping us find a new house. Every time we viewed a property, she would carefully analyze the pros and cons for me and teach me how to assess the value of a house and whether it was suitable for us. She's incredibly capable; she helped me sell my problematic apartment, even when the neighbors were uncooperative and unresponsive, and despite numerous difficulties that made the sale challenging. She patiently helped me overcome every obstacle and facilitated communication. She brought me an angelic team!

She 's a professional. Organized. And great to work with! You're always the first to step in and help us solve problems and come up with effective solutions. We've also learned a lot from you about buying a house. Thank you! Grace.

Bonnie and Charlie were outstanding in helping us sell our condo in Quincy. They truly took care of us from start to finish, guiding us through every step from listing to finalizing the sale. Their attention to detail was impeccable! They thought of everything and made sure nothing was overlooked. They were always responsive to our questions and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Whenever we weren’t sure who to turn to for certain needs, they were quick to refer us to trusted resources, which made a huge difference. We couldn’t have asked for better real estate agents and highly recommend Bonnie and Charlie to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Both Bonnie and Charlie were nice and helpful throughout the process with home finding and purchasing
