I met James over the summer to list our family's home. Right from the beginning he explained the process and made me feel very comfortable listing our home with him. During the sale process he posted signs in many areas in the neighborhood and on the property. His communication was top notch. Whether it was when he was having an open house, how the open house went or just a general conversation, he communicated it to you. He always listened to my questions and feedback. When we finally had an offer, he worked very closely with myself and the buyers to make sure the transaction went smoothly. The entire sale process went extremely smooth and organized.
