To say that I had a positive experience with Bob Starr would be an understatement. His work with me was twofold: he helped me to sell my condo, and find and purchase my dream home. During my search for a new home, he accompanied me to every open house that I told him of, which was many. His knowledge as a real estate agent was immeasurable and his background as a builder helped me to see the prospective homes beyond the aesthetics. His experience was invaluable in understanding the property's structural details and potential. As we were beginning to find property that fit my dream location, vision, and budget, Bob guided me through the preparation process of selling my condo. As I began to ready my condo for sale, I had a serious accident and was hospitalized for many weeks, followed by a long rehabilitation. During this time, Bob sold my condo for me. Due to his expertise, in pricing and timing, he sold it in one day, and for an amount that exceeded the asking price. He helped with all of the arrangements in both that sale and then the purchase of my new home while I was in the hospital! This involved him traveling to me for signatures, his making phone calls to others involved on my behalf, driving me to the bank (with my wheelchair in the back of his car) for document notarization. His level of dedication and commitment made my dream a reality. I am forever grateful to have worked with someone with his level of professionalism and compassion. Matt Bryant was very helpful and told me what to expect. He helped me in moving some furniture to Habitat for Humanity. He got a lawyer for me to use. Who was helpful.

Very professional and informative in what to look at. Every time we were looking at the respective house, Doreen would point out what to look for, what can be adjusted/improved. Very easy to work with and provided sets of house that had our requirements in which resulted in a house that we can call our home today.

We had a great experience working with Joe- both for selling and purchasing. He was professional and communicative, always willing to answer our questions. He had helpful recommendations for mortgage and legal teams, and guided us throughout the process. We really appreciated the comparison reports he generated to guide our offers as well as our listing. Everything went smoothly on both sides!

Very responsive, supportive and always helpful

Deb and Chris were very attentive in the selling of our house. Our basic and not so basic needs were always met! We had some weather related issues and they couldn’t have been more sympathetic to our woes. They offered to come and help in anyway! We had to move befor the closing. Both made sure that one or the other was available to be at the house for any house selling situations that arose with the new buyers. Their response time was great, always with a positive attitude. Selling and moving is not an easy life change but they certainly took some of the stress out of the procedure by checking on us regularly! I would recommend them, give them a call!

Being a first time homebuyer, Todd was attentive answering any questions that we had. He was efficient and got back to us quickly. We are satisfied with the whole experience and would highly recommend Todd.
