His knowledge as a real estate agent was immeasurable and his background as a builder helped me to see the prospective homes beyond the aesthetics. His experience was invaluable in understanding the property's structural details and potential. As we were beginning to find property that fit my dream location, vision, and budget, Bob guided me through the preparation process of selling my condo. As I began to ready my condo for sale, I had a serious accident and was hospitalized for many weeks, followed by a long rehabilitation. During this time, Bob sold my condo for me. Due to his expertise, in pricing and timing, he sold it in one day, and for an amount that exceeded the asking price. He helped with all of the arrangements in both that sale and then the purchase of my new home while I was in the hospital! This involved him traveling to me for signatures, his making phone calls to others involved on my behalf, driving me to the bank (with my wheelchair in the back of his car) for document notarization. His level of dedication and commitment made my dream a reality. I am forever grateful to have worked with someone with his level of professionalism and compassion. Very professional and informative in what to look at. Every time we were looking at the respective house, Doreen would point out what to look for, what can be adjusted/improved. Very easy to work with and provided sets of house that had our requirements in which resulted in a house that we can call our home today.
