To say that I had a positive experience with Bob Starr would be an understatement. His work with me was twofold: he helped me to sell my condo, and find and purchase my dream home. During my search for a new home, he accompanied me to every open house that I told him of, which was many. His knowledge as a real estate agent was immeasurable and his background as a builder helped me to see the prospective homes beyond the aesthetics. His experience was invaluable in understanding the property's structural details and potential. As we were beginning to find property that fit my dream location, vision, and budget, Bob guided me through the preparation process of selling my condo. As I began to ready my condo for sale, I had a serious accident and was hospitalized for many weeks, followed by a long rehabilitation. During this time, Bob sold my condo for me. Due to his expertise, in pricing and timing, he sold it in one day, and for an amount that exceeded the asking price. He helped with all of the arrangements in both that sale and then the purchase of my new home while I was in the hospital! This involved him traveling to me for signatures, his making phone calls to others involved on my behalf, driving me to the bank (with my wheelchair in the back of his car) for document notarization. His level of dedication and commitment made my dream a reality. I am forever grateful to have worked with someone with his level of professionalism and compassion. I have known Bob for a number of years. He helped with the sale of my mother's house after passing. He also helped me sell my house a few years later. Bob is very dedicated to his craft. He is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and helpful. Issues come up when selling a home, especially if it is an older home. Bob has a lot of experience. His opinions are valuable. He also knows many contractors and was very helpful in resolving issues that "came up". He has a great personality, very warm and welcoming. Definitely the kind of person you want to run into when buying a property and in turn, when selling a property, a person that makes you feel your home is in good hands.

"Bob is excellent. First, we were able to reach him at all hours to discuss every about our transaction. Second, he took into account my disability (I’m particularly paralyzed from neuro-muscle disease) in searching out locations. Third, he arranged for a inspector and introduced us to local contractors that need to tailor our new property to our particular needs. Fourth, he introduced us to the sales agent who wille handling the selling of our current home. Lastly, Bob literally rolled up his sleeves to help us with the first renovation we had made to the new place. We would highly recommend Bob to anyone seeking to buy or sell."

"After my family met with Bob, he answered every question that came up. Very sincere. I have known Bob for a lot of years. The one thing that I could describe him as, is his ability to make you want to be his friend. He has lots of friends! I can see how this is important when selling a house. Bob did not have to work on this trait. It's in his nature. I was in high school with Bob and that trait was already installed in him. You just want to be around Bob Star!! "Bob Starr comes highly recommended! He was so attentive to my needs as a seller and made the whole process so easy and fun! Bob knows the real estate market in and out. On our first meeting Bob had the area comps and did his homework on my property. That really impressed me! Bob also went above and beyond to market my home. He hired a professional photographer that showcased the house beautifully! Bob worked hard and it paid off as the house sold in one day!!! I am so happy I hired Bob Starr and I highly recommend him as an agent! I loved the printed mail listings that went out! Really captured how beautiful the house is! Bob was also excellent with the buyers and their agent. Any communication that was needed between the two parties was quick and responsive. The yard sign installer gentleman was also so nice! I cannot express how happy I am with the selling process! Coldwell Banker is a great company and Bob Starr is a wonderful representative of the Westwood branch I am so happy the house sold as quickly as it did. But, in the beginning I was nervous about selling. Bob was very understanding and never once put pressure on me to list the house quickly. He is very very patient! I probably asked the same question a million times and he never once got annoyed with me! If I ever had a question or was uncertain about something, I always knew that I could call Bob. I really trust Bob and I know he has the clients best interest. Bob knows the market. He knows the comps and he prices aggressively.
