Working with Hillary Birch and the Compass team has been incredible, twice now! Hillary helped my wife and I buy our very first home back in 2015 in Norwood, and this past summer she guided us through both selling that home and buying our new one in Norwell. I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else. She’s everything you want in an agent, honest, responsive, and an absolute hustler who answers texts day or night. When things got stressful (and they definitely did!), Hillary wasn’t just our agent she was our voice of reason and therapist rolled into one. She always gave us straight answers and honest opinions, which I valued so much. She went out of her way to make sure we were covered when the seller didn’t handle an electrician’s radon write-up properly, and she made sure we could close on time so our son could start school without having to move midyear. On the selling side, she staged our Norwood home beautifully, the photos, drone footage, and Instagram posts were all top-notch and made a huge difference. Hillary just gets it, from presentation to negotiation to emotional support, she truly goes above and beyond. He helped with all of the arrangements in both that sale and then the purchase of my new home while I was in the hospital! This involved him traveling to me for signatures, his making phone calls to others involved on my behalf, driving me to the bank (with my wheelchair in the back of his car) for document notarization.
