Matt was awesome. He went over step by step in selling my house. If there was a question I asked , and could not answer at the time, he got back to me right away. If you called him, he would get back to you within the hour. I was very very happly with the price I rceived on my house. You won't go wrong if you have Matt as your agent. Have two neighbors that will be calling Matt when there are ready to sell

Matt is top notch. He is the agent who ushered us carefully and strategically through the sale of our house recently. He is also a capable and experienced contractor who did the updates to get the house ready. You’ll have to wait in line because we have more projects at our new home waiting for his talents. I highly recommend Matt with no reservations.
