I highly recommend Todd for your next real estate transaction! We used Todd to purchase a home in MA while we were living in AZ. Todd was professional from the start and took note of all of our needs. He was available to FaceTime multiple walkthroughs for homes we were interested in. He understood what we were looking for and gave his honest feedback based on what he was seeing. When it became time to put an offer on a home, Todd gave excellent advice on how to structure the offer in a competitive market with a home sale contingency. He was thorough in his review and explanation of the process, offers and counter-offers. The most important part of the process to us was communication. Todd was always available via phone, text or email. He was extremely responsive to our questions and concerns. Todd is personable and does an excellent job of talking with other agents which was great for communicating our situation and trying to understand the seller’s position. I recently hired Todd Ingham to help sell my father’s home. The home is older with few updates so I thought it might be tough to sell. Contrary to my thoughts and with Todd’s guidance it was listed and the sale closed in less than 3 months ( with 4 offers). Also, Todd’s market analysis was right on target as far as the selling price. From start to finish Todd was professional, knowledgeable and available. My questions and concerns were answered promptly. The whole process was seamless. Todd also had the backing of his colleagues on the Boss Team at Keller Williams Elite if needed

I chose Berkshire Hathaway from a Google search of top-rated companies in my area. Todd called to set up an appointment and came to introduce he and his company. I gave a tour of my property which was almost 1/2 acre in size, with a porch, deck, carport and half-moon driveway with a large 10x12 shed. I tried to do my best in getting the house ready for sale before I contacted anyone to sell the house and Todd was very accepting of what work I had done which made me feel very good to start with. I also told him I had a certain time period to move out of state as well. I did find out though that not many people at that time liked a two-bedroom home because most people have at least three or more children and for the elderly people downsizing, they were not looking for bedrooms on a second floor so they would not have to climb the stairs (so I would definitely remember that info with me when I looked for my next home out of state). As it seemed my house did not fit into a regular scenario of what house hunters were looking for, this gave a bit of a challenge to Todd. As I was retiring and moving out of state within a short period of time, Todd gave me some options to choose from in getting the house to sell. He set up advertising and open houses of which a couple were back-to-back. He even found a large bees' nest (yikes) which I had not seen but did remove. I had already set up a week's vacation before moving and Todd was very gracious in contacting me after hours to advise on the progress he was making as I was unavailable during his regular business hours. Again, he kept in constant contact letting me know how things were progressing which lead up to the sale of my home. The closing process was very easy and quick which helped me move a few days earlier than I thought I could. Thank you very much Todd for your assistance in getting my house sold!!!!!!!!
