Our home buying journey was long, but Michael was always there to help. At times we got frustrated but Michael stayed cool, calm and collected through the process. The home we ended up buying required a lot of work, so we went through heavy negotiations with the sellers. Michael did an excellent job communicating to the selling agent and getting us a deal we were comfortable with. He never pushed us to do something we weren’t comfortable with the entire time. As you can imagine, selling/buying a house is a major milestone in life. As a divorced mom selling the family home can be traumatic on the children at any age. I first decided to use Donna when I went to an open house (which I attended many over the years leading up to this decision) Donna was helpful, knowledgeable and generally a pleasant person. It wasn't until maybe a year later I had reached out to ask her to appraise my home. She remembered me immediately and was enthusiastic from the beginning. My daughter was not onboard to say the least , Donna having two children of her own completely understood and somehow won my teenage daughter over with just the right amount of kindness and empathy. Next I had to find a house, while selling mine. Needless to say, my new house was not on schedule. Once again Donna found a way to make all parties happy, and my family had a place to live. Through a seamless transition ,my new house is amazing, many features added during construction (cheaper than after the fact) at the advice of Donna.
