Danielle helped me sell a condo in Brookline (years prior, she had helped me buy the same condo). Throughout the process, she was both exceptionally competent and thorough as well as responsive, friendly, and kind. The staging photos and listing were professional and well-done, and Danielle was persistent in securing necessary documents from the management company to ensure a timely closing. I was out of state for much of the process, during which time Danielle was a dependable de facto property manager who helped a plumber and a junk company access the unit in my absence. Having worked with her as both a buyer and seller, I highly recommend working with Danielle!
