This may seem like an "of course" observation, but it has been my experience that not all selling brokers operate this way. There is just something about face-to-face meetings that make it a better experience for both sides of a real estate transaction. Her depth of experience, advice, kindness, positive attitude and helpfulness drove this sale to its successful conclusion. Sadly, I will not be selling another home any time soon, as I would welcome the chance to work with Gail again.
