About mid March of 2025 my wife and I decided to move from Brookline to Salt Lake City to be closer to family. I contacted Christina by email and she got back to me almost immediately. We discussed the time-line and put together a plan. De-clutter and start preparing the property for an early May open house. We had occupied that condo for 17 years. A lot to get done in order to get move in a couple of months. She was never pushy but kept in contact with us to make sure we would be ready for the May showing. Not a lot of traffic on the first day but 2 days later we had a couple of nice offers from folks that would benefit from living in that property.
