Michael definitely knows what he is doing. This is my first ever home and I came in with not much in my pockets and not knowing what exact property I wanted. He walked me through the steps and informed me of all things good and bad. He does not sugar coat the truth. He makes sure you don’t sign up for a failure in the future.
