It was such good fortune that we had Dawn as our agent. She was not to us by recommended by anyone. We just happened to walk into one of her open houses. We were not even interested in that particular home, but we were looking for some guidance on the towns on the cape and what might be a good place to look. Dawn not only gave us that guidance but embraced us and poured all of her knowledge and expertise to help us find us the right house. She looked for houses in our original search area but then researched and suggested home across the cape. Jarrett is a pretty amazing person with who to work. He remembered us from a short conversation and reached out when he had an off market property that he thought we might be interested in. Simply put, Emma is amazing. By far the best real estate agent my husband and I have ever worked with. My husband and I are both busy Boston physicians juggling the chaos of 3 little kids. Emma worked tirelessly (days, nights, evenings) to help us find our dream home on a tight schedule. She very quickly learned exactly what we were looking for (even before we truly understood what we were looking for ourselves) and went to early open houses to evaluate what homes were worth our time. She successfully negotiated our house $30,000 less then asking price in an aggressive sellers market (most other homes were going way above asking). Emma was truly one of the greatest parts of this stressful experience and we feel honored to have worked with her.
