It was such good fortune that we had Dawn as our agent. She was not to us by recommended by anyone. We just happened to walk into one of her open houses. We were not even interested in that particular home, but we were looking for some guidance on the towns on the cape and what might be a good place to look. Dawn not only gave us that guidance but embraced us and poured all of her knowledge and expertise to help us find us the right house. She looked for houses in our original search area but then researched and suggested home across the cape. Simply put, Emma is amazing. By far the best real estate agent my husband and I have ever worked with. My husband and I are both busy Boston physicians juggling the chaos of 3 little kids. Emma worked tirelessly (days, nights, evenings) to help us find our dream home on a tight schedule. She very quickly learned exactly what we were looking for (even before we truly understood what we were looking for ourselves) and went to early open houses to evaluate what homes were worth our time. My experience with Corey began back in May 2015, and let me tell you something...Corey didn't become an agent just because of his love & passion for real estate. Lastly, from being his customer I have found that Corey further adds value because he himself is also a real estate investor, which means he is constantly doing his homework. Every investor MUST be extra aware of what is happening/changing in their market, or else they could be facing some serious losses. Steve was amazing to work with!! He helped us both sell and buy our new home and was extremely organized, proactive, and professional. Steve helped walk us through every element of both transactions and did a great job coordinating all parties and making the whole process seamless. His knowledge of the area helped price our sale appropriately and got it under agreement within 3 weeks (AND over the Christmas/New Year holiday)! In addition, his negotiation skills are exceptional and got us the best deal in Medfield on our new house. Extremely nice and very knowledgeable about houses. She knew exactly what to look for in every house we looked at. If it were not for her I probably would of ended up in a house with a ton of problems.
