Both my husband and I work full time and Gloria took away all the stress of buying a new home. We explored various options, including connecting us to local builders, in addition to showing us open houses (some we would have never had access to without her connections). She also guided us through the bidding / closing process to make sure everything was smooth and easy. Our purchase also involved a use and occupancy period post close, which Gloria has stayed with us and has continued to be a great advocate on our behalf. We highly recommend Preston. This was the third transaction we did with him. He is always super responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. Selling during COVID-19 was a challenge, but Preston came up with some creative ways to attract buyers via "virtual open houses." In spite of the pandemic, we were able to sell quickly.

Real Estate Agents come in a dime a dozen! But Agnes is one of a kind. If you want to work with someone who is honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, VERY detail oriented, and asks the right questions – then she is your next agent. Her diligence, and attention to detail made our home buying process transactions worry free. While the process of homebuying was much more difficult than my wife and I would have imagined, based on the levels of competitiveness and the level in inventory that was available, Agnes gave us excellent guidance, unflagging availability, and deep knowledge about a wide range of homes that we looked at. High points were helping us extricate ourselves from a seller who ended up behaving in a really sketchy manner after we have made an offer, and in helping us find ways to make competitive offers in a market where we were regularly outbid by many tens of thousands over the asking prices. I hope we are in our new home for a long time, but if we were to move, I would not hesitate to work with Agnes again. I would highly work with Agnes again!
