She has a very rich experience in buying and selling properties, was very knowledgeable about the current market, and comps, and worked with potential buyers to get very good prices for our condo and parking lot. She has a very warm and calm demeanor, provided thoughtful advice, and was very responsive to addressing my (many) questions. She also went the extra mile in a number of instances (helping to organize cleaners, painters, and prep of the condo for sale, delivery of the proceeds while we traveled, and working with lawyers, etc. to get the job done.) Sherean was recommended to me by 2 friends (independently) and I have absolutely NO reservations on recommending her!
