Sherean is a top-notch Realtor. She has a very rich experience in buying and selling properties, was very knowledgeable about the current market, and comps, and worked with potential buyers to get very good prices for our condo and parking lot. She has a very warm and calm demeanor, provided thoughtful advice, and was very responsive to addressing my (many) questions. She also went the extra mile in a number of instances (helping to organize cleaners, painters, and prep of the condo for sale, delivery of the proceeds while we traveled, and working with lawyers, etc. to get the job done.) Sherean was recommended to me by 2 friends (independently) and I have absolutely NO reservations on recommending her!

Just a few adjectives that describe Sherean. I was referred to Sherean by my most trusted confidant, and sure enough Sherean did not disappoint. Sherean was always available when we wanted to tour homes, was an excellent communicator throughout the entire process and negotiated a few add-ons we requested as buyers. I truly believe we were in the best possible hands, and in the end we landed on a new construction home that we absolutely love. One other thing that really impressed me is that even though it seemed as though her business concentrated around the greater Boston area, when we voiced wanting to look further north of the city she was very knowledgeable and had clients in our city of choice. I believe that to be rare in the real estate market, so we really enjoyed getting her insider perspective.

She knows the market and communicates in a timely way. She is lovely to work with, and very knowledgeable in RE - definitely above and beyond the average agent. Sherean knew we were not in a hurry or even convinced we would continue to consider a purchase. She respected our very limited parameters and did not bother us with communicating about properties outside our specifications, which we greatly appreciated. She is trustworthy and considerate. We were lucky to have her as our broker.

Is there a thing for a first-class real estate agent/service? If so, Sherean is it! Sherean is knowledgable, courteous, communicative, and always available for us. Before the purchase, any properties we are interested, she would have either already been there spoken to the seller agents and collected all the pros/cons, before we even went to the open-house. During the purchase, she help coordinate with all necessary parties, and most important of all, provided emotional support, knowing we were stressed during the process. And if those are not enough, after the purchase, we wanted to do some small repairs - she coordinated with painters and handyman for all the works and went to the sites several times to make sure all went well. The list of works? All done. Want these done in a month? She had it done in a week! Words are not enough to say how great an agent she is. We are lucky to be working with her, and you will be too.

Sherean was very knowledgeable about the local market conditions, giving me good market price estimates and helping me sell my condo fast, which minimized the HOA and loan holding costs. When the condo buyer decided they did not want the parking spot, Sherean was able to find another buyer for the parking spot within days and at the price I wanted, helping me avoid the awkward situation of only owning a parking spot in the building.
