John proved to be an excellent partner for this important journey in someone's life: buying a home. He is a person with a long experience and patience. Sometimes making a decision like this takes time, and John had to show me several homes over a year and a half until we found the one that felt like home and checked all my boxes. Something important about John is his personalized follow-up, sending new opportunities that come on the market each week that specifically fit my needs and are not generic. He is someone who listens and quickly understands what you are looking for and how to balance that with what you have as a budget. A big difference with other agents is that he doesn't push you to go over your budget but he works hard to find what you want within your budget. Another good thing about John is that, thanks to his many years of experience, he knows everyone in the industry, and for people like me who are new to this and new to the city, it makes the process extremely easy because he points you in the right direction toward lenders, lawyers, contractors, etc. At one point, I thought about buying in another city, and he quickly gave me the contact information for another agent. I had to sell my previous house in another city, and he helped me with his contacts. His company works all over the country and also in Europe, which means you're pretty much covered anywhere with him. He's very good at communicating your needs to sellers. In my case, since we had to fix some things, he got a discount that was equivalent to the cost of the repairs. His good humor, seriousness, and competence mean that if I ever sell or buy again, I'll call him because he's already part of the family. note: he noticed how nervous i was with repair, so as a house warming he gave me an insurance policy for the repairs, that is the kind of guy he is.

John provided excellent service for my first property purchase in the U.S. He is not only knowledgeable, professional, but also willing to offer extra help in arranging the paint of the condo and get it ready for us to move in.

John was helpful and very responsive. His is very knowledge and his referrals for lawyers and loaner are very spot on. Greatly appreciated his expertise.
