His company works all over the country and also in Europe, which means you're pretty much covered anywhere with him. He's very good at communicating your needs to sellers. In my case, since we had to fix some things, he got a discount that was equivalent to the cost of the repairs. His good humor, seriousness, and competence mean that if I ever sell or buy again, I'll call him because he's already part of the family. note: he noticed how nervous i was with repair, so as a house warming he gave me an insurance policy for the repairs, that is the kind of guy he is.
