Followed by a status report, on how things were going The second Realitor, well we had an open permit, because the contractor disappeared. It was suggested we get an architect that they use. Cost us thousands, and we never used the plans, They were ridiculous plans. It would have cost us hundreds of thousands. Joe suggested we contact the building inspectors and have them tell us what we need. Thank goodness, the inspector came and everything was ok. So they closed it.
