I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tyler! I've never been more thankful for a random Zillow outreach connection. From start to finish, Tyler was patient, informative, and just "got us". He understood exactly what we wanted and needed and helped us find our home on the FIRST day of looking! He was incredible throughout our closing process (which was a bit unusual). Always ensuring we had all the information possible, being our biggest advocates, and building trust with the home sellers. Tyler really took the time to talk with us, guide us in finding the right neighborhood for our new phase of life, and just make the process as seamless as possible.

It is very challenging to put into words the amount of time, dedication, and professional Tyler provided to us during this process. Because of his patience and market knowledge, we were able to obtain the unit we wanted and are beyond happy with the results. I need to start by saying my wife and I have been looking for a home since 2019 when I lived in Maine. An opportunity arose for me in Quincy late 2023 so we moved here. We were defeated from not finding a home in Maine so our expectation of finding a house was very low. We ended up warming up to the idea mid 2024 and with only looking at 2 houses Tyler was able to get us to closing. He works hard, responds quickly and has an incredible attitude. We can't recommend him enough!

I felt like he always had my best interest in looking for work that would need to be done to a property so I knew what I was getting involved in. He was also very thorough in helping me through the purchasing process, putting my mind at ease and answering all my questions.
