I had a fantastic experience purchasing my property with Joseph Barnes. He was always readily available through email/phone and made sure to follow up with me every time we saw a property. I felt that he had my best interests in mind and went through a comprehensive property comparison once I had decided on the house I was interested in buying, and was present for every step of the way, including the house inspection and even the closing meeting. He helped me secure extra funds from the seller to repair some of the issues found in the inspection, and asked insightful questions to the inspector and seller that helped me feel confident in the purchase and showed his extensive real estate knowledge. He made sure everything was perfect for the closing and continued to keep in contact after for anything I might need. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone interested in buying a property!

Joe assisted my family in selling our long time home. After that, I worked directly with Joe to purchase a condominium and everything was seamless. I’m very glad we went with Joe. The first Realitor we had, took to long to get it on the market. Months! Joe listed it within 1-2 weeks. He had an open house every weekend, and private viewings. Followed by a status report, on how things were going The second Realitor, well we had an open permit, because the contractor disappeared. It was suggested we get an architect that they use. Cost us thousands, and we never used the plans, They were ridiculous plans. It would have cost us hundreds of thousands. Joe suggested we contact the building inspectors and have them tell us what we need. Thank goodness, the inspector came and everything was ok. So they closed it.
