I’m very glad we went with Joe. The first Realitor we had, took to long to get it on the market. Months! Joe listed it within 1-2 weeks. He had an open house every weekend, and private viewings. Followed by a status report, on how things were going The second Realitor, well we had an open permit, because the contractor disappeared. It was suggested we get an architect that they use.
