I had been trying to sell my 2-family home in Rockland unsuccessfully for approximately 6 months with another agent, when I received a call, out of the blue, from Joe. He asked why I hadn't been able to sell in such a hot market, and I explained some of the obstacles we had so far. I was very reluctant speaking to him as I thought it was just some sales scam. He was so great at explaining to me what he would do differently to sell the house, was so professional, friendly, and knowledgeable with current market strategies. I agreed to meet with him. Long story short, he had my house sold within 8 weeks from that phone call! As soon as I hired Joe, he immediately went to work. He had a professional photographer and videographer in the home taking photos and creating a virtual tour. The pictures and tour were so well done! I had some tenants still living in the home that were becoming frustrated with all the showings the past 6 months. Joe was so great at communicating with them so that they felt that their time and privacy were respected. He was able to generate multiple offers from just 1 or 2 open houses. Once we were under agreement, he helped us get the house ready for closing by connecting us with a company to install fire alarms so that the house passed fire inspection and also recommended junk removal companies to clean out the garage.
