If you want to work with someone who is honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, VERY detail oriented, and asks the right questions – then she is your next agent. Her diligence, and attention to detail made our home buying process transactions worry free. While the process of homebuying was much more difficult than my wife and I would have imagined, based on the levels of competitiveness and the level in inventory that was available, Agnes gave us excellent guidance, unflagging availability, and deep knowledge about a wide range of homes that we looked at. High points were helping us extricate ourselves from a seller who ended up behaving in a really sketchy manner after we have made an offer, and in helping us find ways to make competitive offers in a market where we were regularly outbid by many tens of thousands over the asking prices. I hope we are in our new home for a long time, but if we were to move, I would not hesitate to work with Agnes again. I would highly work with Agnes again!

Agnes was amazing!!! Our future landlord stood us up 5 days before move in date. We needed to find an apartment within 5 days or we would be homeless. And all this over a long weekend. Agnes made it happen! She worked all weekend, was available all the time and even accommodated our hectic work schedule. Paperwork was effortless and we felt like she was really working for our best benefit: communicating frequently, negotiating the price and terms of the lease, etc. We will be definitely contacting her again when we are planning to rent or buy our next place.
