It was such good fortune that we had Dawn as our agent. She was not to us by recommended by anyone. We just happened to walk into one of her open houses. We were not even interested in that particular home, but we were looking for some guidance on the towns on the cape and what might be a good place to look. Dawn not only gave us that guidance but embraced us and poured all of her knowledge and expertise to help us find us the right house. She looked for houses in our original search area but then researched and suggested home across the cape. Jarrett is a pretty amazing person with who to work. He remembered us from a short conversation and reached out when he had an off market property that he thought we might be interested in. Despite not being actively looking, a few weeks later we had an amazing new vacation home because of his ability to understand us and what would make our family happy.

We were first time home buyers and Gloria made the process so easy. She is extremely responsive, patient and great through every step of the process, ultimately helping us find / purchase our dream home. Both my husband and I work full time and Gloria took away all the stress of buying a new home. We explored various options, including connecting us to local builders, in addition to showing us open houses (some we would have never had access to without her connections). She also guided us through the bidding / closing process to make sure everything was smooth and easy. Our purchase also involved a use and occupancy period post close, which Gloria has stayed with us and has continued to be a great advocate on our behalf. Jeff was the ultimate professional— Inserting both humor and grace in what can be a very stressful time. Simply put, Emma is amazing. By far the best real estate agent my husband and I have ever worked with. My husband and I are both busy Boston physicians juggling the chaos of 3 little kids. Emma worked tirelessly (days, nights, evenings) to help us find our dream home on a tight schedule. She very quickly learned exactly what we were looking for (even before we truly understood what we were looking for ourselves) and went to early open houses to evaluate what homes were worth our time. She truly has a talent for getting to know her client. Most of all, Emma is a kind, smart, lovely person. The kind of person that you would want to share your dreams of your future home. We honestly looked forward to spending our weekends with her, despite the stress of evaluating houses. Our kids absolutely love her (she even bought each child a special toy on our closing day). She is honest, she is thoughtful and she can also be a fierce negotiator and savvy strategist when it comes time to fighting for a price and conditions. She successfully negotiated our house $30,000 less then asking price in an aggressive sellers market (most other homes were going way above asking). Emma was truly one of the greatest parts of this stressful experience and we feel honored to have worked with her.
