In selling our house Kathy Butters displayed warmth, support, tenacity and great ability. Ours is a beautiful late-19th century home, modernized with central heating and air-conditioning, an addition, new bathrooms, kitchen and a two-car garage. The house would not suit many but Kathy was always optimistic that the "right person" would show up and fall in love with it. And so it happened. It took a lot of hand-holding to keep our confidence up but Kathy was good-natured and supportive throughout. And she is a good golfer. Thank you Kathy, Mike and Dawn
