It was such good fortune that we had Dawn as our agent. She was not to us by recommended by anyone. We just happened to walk into one of her open houses. We were not even interested in that particular home, but we were looking for some guidance on the towns on the cape and what might be a good place to look. This involved him traveling to me for signatures, his making phone calls to others involved on my behalf, driving me to the bank (with my wheelchair in the back of his car) for document notarization.
