In selling our house Kathy Butters displayed warmth, support, tenacity and great ability. Ours is a beautiful late-19th century home, modernized with central heating and air-conditioning, an addition, new bathrooms, kitchen and a two-car garage. The house would not suit many but Kathy was always optimistic that the "right person" would show up and fall in love with it. And so it happened. To say that I had a positive experience with Bob Starr would be an understatement. His work with me was twofold: he helped me to sell my condo, and find and purchase my dream home. During my search for a new home, he accompanied me to every open house that I told him of, which was many.
