We were charged with preparing my sisters condo for sale. We met with Pat. He was experienced with prior sales in our development. His pricing was on the mark. Being close to the holidays was a concern to us, however Pat had a feel for the market and he advised us perfectly. The potential buyers were solid. We agreed with the eventual new owner, and we were on our way to closing Pat delivered on what he said. We would work with Pat again.

Simply put, Emma is amazing. By far the best real estate agent my husband and I have ever worked with. My husband and I are both busy Boston physicians juggling the chaos of 3 little kids.
