Danielle helped me sell a condo in Brookline (years prior, she had helped me buy the same condo). Throughout the process, she was both exceptionally competent and thorough as well as responsive, friendly, and kind. The staging photos and listing were professional and well-done, and Danielle was persistent in securing necessary documents from the management company to ensure a timely closing. I was out of state for much of the process, during which time Danielle was a dependable de facto property manager who helped a plumber and a junk company access the unit in my absence. Having worked with her as both a buyer and seller, I highly recommend working with Danielle!

We would highly recommend Danielle! Buying a home in the current market is already stressful and even more challenging while living 700 miles away. We knew working with a great realtor would be critically important. Danielle was patient, knowledgeable, responsive and a pleasure from start to finish. Since we were randomly introduced to her services through an employer referral program, we feel very lucky to have found her. Her local experience was exactly what we needed as new to the area buyers. Will be recommending her to friends in the future most certainly!

I am very happy that I chose to work with Jamie. She did a great job to market my home and get it sold! Although I wish I got more for it, she tried her best. She was always available and replied to my inquires promptly. She went out of her way to be at the property during repairs (even during the quarantine) since I moved out of state. Highly recommend Jamie!!
