What can I say about wonderful Julie Franklin that would make you dash to your phone and hire her immediately? She is a delightful well organized, personable agent. She goes above and beyond in helping you and informing you of every detail regarding your experience. We were selling and she definitely met our expectations. Updated us constantly and had a plethora of referrals for additional companies for additional assistance we needed, painters and handyman, etc. We are delighted to be using her again for the sale of another house. Love her and she's funny, too!

It was truly a pleasure working with Victoria to find our house in Florida. Coming from out of state we only had a few days to search for houses. Victoria was able to narrow our search and provide listings based on our criteria. The night before we asked to make changes to our itinerary and she was incredibly accommodating. Those changes led us to the house we ultimately purchased and without her flexibility, this may not have happened.
