I’m not going to leave a long, adjective-filled review about Bernie‘s professionalism. His expertise, professionalism and fantastic personality does not need adjectives because he’s that damn good. Bernie is an authentic human being, he’s very genuine, and he only has your best interest at heart. I spent five long trips with him in the car and he is solid. I am a very hands-off buyer and I knew Bernie would handle everything that needed to be handled, and all I would have to do is sign some papers and give some money. I knew it was all dialed in and gone over with a fine tooth comb by Bernie. I’m a fan!

Anastasia is incredible! She sold my house for the highest price point in the area. When I first thought about selling, online stats estimated my home's value in the high $300Ks. But Anastasia’s professional evaluation was much higher. She laid out a brilliant marketing strategy and delivered exactly what she promised. Saying goodbye to a home I lived in for almost 2 decades with my family was emotional, but Anastasia was with me every step of the way. Her patience, clarity, and constant availability made the entire process of getting ready to move completely stress-free. She exceeded all my expectations by bringing in multiple offers and selling the house in just 4 days at that higher price! Having worked with her before, I can confidently say she and her team deliver outstanding, heartfelt results. Highly recommended!

Janelle did a great job selling our house. We have worked with 4 realtors over the past 19 years in FL, and she was by far the best. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market, and was great at communicating with us throughout the sales process. Her responses to our emails and texts were very detailed and timely. She was also very proactive with recommendations on how to get our house ready for sale, and she went above and beyond to make sure our house was sparkling clean and staged appropriately to make sure our house stood out compared to others. The video she created for our house was absolutely beautiful. We noticed that our house got more views on home selling sites than similar homes in our area. Our house also got an offer a few days after being on the market, which we accepted. Janelle excels at her profession, and I would highly recommend her.
