We was looking at a house it looked really nice from the out side it had trees around and a little fence but Andres pointed out how branches was hanging over the roof of the house and said that if I would buy that house my house insurance would be higher because of those branches as we continue inside he told me that the a/c and plumbing was really old and that he wouldn’t recommend it if I wasn’t looking to put money into that house and he was right I didn’t want to put money into a house eventually Andres found exactly what I was looking for in a house without any problems and the process of buying the house was quite fast I definitely recommend him especially if your a first time homebuyer
