She was very responsive, even working late into the night. Helped us with navigating multiple offers and even a cancellation. When we requested showings they happened same day in some cases. She was always upbeat and happy to help. During the closing she checked in frequently and made sure everything was done in a timely manner. Wonderful to work with.

Matt made buying an out of state home easy! We flew in for a week to look at homes in Parrish/ Bradenton area armed with a list of 30 homes we compiled from online listings.
