Michael is the BEST Realtor to work with.
Michael has complete knowledge of the Anna Maria Island and Bradenton real estate market and kept in contact with us for several years until we found the right fit. He has a lot of patience and never tried to push us into something we were not interested in. He showed us many properties and was always on time for appointments. He always responded to our requests and questions within an hour. He is very professional and helped us big time with negotiating a fair price on our new home. He was present for our inspection and made sure everything was taken care of. He also came to the closing and has contacted us several times since then to see if we needed help with anything. Michael's enthusiasm for the real estate market made buying the house fun for us and we felt he always had our best interest in mind. He clearly enjoys what he does and we are glad he stood by us for so long.
