First-time home buyer!

As a first-time home buyer, I was a little intimidated by the process, but Danielle was there with me every step of the way. She communicated clearly and made sure I felt informed and at ease from start to close. It was important that my dad was part of the process, and Danielle was very accommodating and patient with us throughout, which we both truly appreciated. She made everything feel comfortable and easy to navigate. We especially valued Danielle’s input because she grew up in the area and had a great understanding of the community and the local market. Her knowledge, along with her help during negotiations, made the entire process feel much smoother and less stressful. Our home inspector didn’t work out and she quickly recommended a fantastic home inspector who was a breeze to work with. Danielle was reassuring whenever I had doubts, answered all of my questions, and even made sure I had things set up at my new home to make the move easier. I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience and would highly recommend Danielle.
