Service beyond the ordinary
Kim has taken me through 4 buy and sell home experiences. She has such a broad knowledge of the ins and outs of real estate markets and makes the client's decision making so much clearer. During the times the homes were for sale, she personally went to the property to check for any problems, bought items she felt improved the property and was excellent in her communications. I will tell anyone in the Sarasota-Bradenton area how terrific she is.
